How to use
Attach an extender to the clasp of a compatible necklace to add length. Choose the extender length that gives you the fit you prefer.
Care
Store your jewellery dry and separately after wearing. Wipe gently with a soft, clean cloth and keep perfume and cleaning products away.
Shipping information
Delivery is free on every order. Orders are normally dispatched within 72 hours and usually arrive 4–10 working days after dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Once your order comes in, we prepare it carefully and normally dispatch it within 72 hours. Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible — changes are only possible before processing starts.
Returns & exchanges
You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for return instructions. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by you; faulty items are on us. If you return a paid item from a Buy 1, Get 1 Free order, please return the free item too. Full returns policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Lifetime warranty
Every piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, such as a broken clasp, a snapped link or a stone that falls out. Free repair or replacement within 30 days of delivery; after that, a replacement for a £10 handling fee. Normal wear, tarnishing, loss and accidental damage are not covered.
