When will my jewellery arrive?

Orders are normally dispatched within 72 hours. Delivery usually takes 4–10 working days after dispatch. Please allow for both processing and transit time when ordering a gift.

Is delivery free, and can I track my order?

Yes, delivery is free on every order. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

What materials are used?

Materials vary by piece. Check the Product details section and your selected finish before ordering. If you have a known metal allergy or need a specific material confirmed, ask us before purchasing.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the measurements in Product details and the options shown above. For a bracelet or ring, measure your wrist or finger before choosing. If you are unsure, send us the product name and your measurements so we can help.

How do I choose my initial or personalisation?

Select your preferred option and check every letter, colour and size before adding the piece to your bag. If the personalisation you need is not shown, contact us before ordering.

Can I return my order if it is not right for me?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Pieces should be unworn and in their original packaging. Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. Before ordering a personalised piece, contact us to confirm its return conditions. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Please contact us before sending anything back.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Some items may travel in separate parcels, so check the tracking links in your dispatch emails too.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before processing, and changes may not be possible once processing has started. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply and send one email per enquiry.
